As a team leader it's important for Allen to know that all of his associates have full access to his experience and knowledge as a full-time licensed agent since 2004. Allen Stanton started investing in real estate 20 years ago. With the challenges of the past and our real estate industry Allen has been able to experience firsthand what many people are going through today. The Allen Stanton Group has systems in place to create smooth operations with the flexibility to adapt to any challenge. It's important to Allen to have a fully available staff and several full-time agents to be able to meet the demands of today's buyers and sellers. 

Allen’s carefully cultivated team is high-energy, excited and passionate about what they do and are solution oriented. The team knows that there are no perfect transactions but are always ready, willing and able to come up with solutions and think outside the box. With Allen’s experience in working with sellers and buyers he feels that by asking the right questions and truly listening to  what his clients have to say gives him the information he needs to help navigate through the industry. Originally from Park City, Utah and an honors graduate from George Mason University with a BA in Administration of Justice and a minor in Criminal Justice, Lindsay moved to Annapolis in 2007 for a career with the United States Marshals Service. Once she became a mother in 2008 Lindsay began looking for a career closer to home with more flexible hours. Lindsay began working for Allen Stanton in 2010 and, with her help, The Allen Stanton Group has grown into an award-winning business in Anne Arundel County. Lindsay is a former member of the Women’s Junior league of Annapolis and has served on the community service committee for the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors. 


Fern Wissel, a buyer’s specialist for the Allen Stanton Group, began her real estate career after being a licensed clinical social worker for military service members and their families. For her, a career move to real estate was a seamless transition as she continues to help families navigate important decisions.

Fern understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions families will make. Your priorities are first and foremost. As part of a Navy family, Fern has been through the home buying process through multiple relocations and can empathize with the stress that moving places on everyone involved. She has a wealth of information for home buyers and can also provide unique insights to  military families relocating to Maryland.
